Who ZentryNet is
ZentryNet is a telecom and IT group based in the Tampa Bay Area, Florida, built around managed services for small professional offices. ZentryVoice is its communications product: a HIPAA-ready cloud phone system with two-way texting, eFax, transcribed voicemail, AI call summaries and live dashboards, sold to medical, dental, legal and financial practices of roughly 2 to 50 people.
The company exists because of a gap we kept running into as a managed service provider. Regulated practices were running on the same phone bundles as a florist: a desk-phone system with no audit log, a fax machine on its own line, texting from staff cells, and a Business Associate Agreement nobody could find. Enterprise communications vendors had the controls but not the price or the patience for a six-person office. ZentryVoice was founded to close that gap: compliance included rather than sold as an add-on, prices a practice manager can read, and a person who picks up the phone.
How ZentryVoice is built
ZentryVoice is assembled from carrier-grade parts and run by a control plane we own. Telnyx is the carrier: each practice gets its own SIP connection (TLS signaling, SRTP media), its own numbers, E911 with a validated dispatchable address, STIR/SHAKEN A-attestation on outbound calls, and messaging registered for 10DLC through The Campaign Registry. Grandstream CloudUCM is the cloud PBX: every practice gets an isolated instance, managed through the Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS), which also provisions desk phones zero-touch so they ring when plugged in.
The ZentryVoice control plane sits above both. It owns tenants, billing, compliance agreements, the immutable audit log and provisioning jobs, and it drives Telnyx and GDMS through tracked background jobs rather than hand-configured tickets. Operators sign in with passkeys; support sessions into a practice are scoped, time-boxed and written to that practice’s audit log. The platform maintains a SOC 2 Type II report, the AICPA attestation that security controls operated effectively over a review period, and targets 99.999% availability for the voice core.
Security is operated, not only attested. Every practice runs as an isolated tenant; data is encrypted in transit (SIP over TLS, SRTP media, TLS everywhere else) and at rest; operator access requires passkeys; and every configuration change, export and support session is written to the practice’s immutable audit log, which the practice can read. Practices can request the SOC 2 Type II report and a copy of their signed agreement from security@zentryvoice.com and privacy@zentryvoice.com at any time.
What we commit to
Five commitments shape every plan, every vertical and every support call.
- Compliance included. The Business Associate Agreement, Confidentiality & Privilege Addendum or Recordkeeping & Supervision Addendum is countersigned at signup, before the first text or fax, at every practice size.
- Plain pricing. $20 per seat per month; texting $15 and eFax $15 per practice; desk phones $119; support plans from $15 per month. Month-to-month, 30-day free trial, cancel anytime, free port-out.
- Human support. A priority line with a wait of about 2 minutes, tickets answered within 1 hour during support hours, an urgent line 24/7, and next-day replacement of desk phones on the warranty plan.
- Your data is yours. Practices export their call logs, texts, fax PDFs and recordings at any time and take their numbers with them; ZentryVoice does not sell or mine customer communications.
- Nothing invented. We publish what the product does today, cite primary sources on our compliance pages, and label industry statistics as estimates.
Who we serve
ZentryVoice is sold directly to practices and through partners: managed service providers, IT consultants and dental and medical practice-management vendors who already look after a practice’s network and software. The four verticals share one platform; what changes is the agreement, the defaults and the vocabulary (patients, clients, matters, accounts).
| Vertical | Agreement at signup | Typical first week |
|---|---|---|
| Medical | Business Associate Agreement | Nurse-line routing by schedule, HIPAA texting, referral eFax |
| Dental | Business Associate Agreement | Front-desk queue, recall texting, insurance eFax, screen pops |
| Law | Confidentiality & Privilege Addendum | Matter-linked calls, per-line recording controls, 24/7 intake |
| Financial | Recordkeeping & Supervision Addendum | Captured client texting, review queues, exportable audit trails |
How a practice goes live
The same four steps for every vertical, with no technician visit.
- 1Sign up (about 15 minutes)Choose the practice type, seats and support plan, keep or pick numbers, sign the agreement, pay. Soft extensions ring on desktop and mobile immediately; a temporary number forwards calls.
- 2Desk phones arrive (2–3 business days)Pre-provisioned through GDMS to each extension; plug into power and network and they ring.
- 3Numbers port (5–10 business days)ZentryVoice files and tracks the port and switches over with no downtime; you get a text when it completes.
- 4Run the practiceLive dashboards, transcribed voicemail, AI summaries and the audit log from day one, and the priority line when you need a person.
What we don’t do
A few lines we hold so practices and partners know where the edges are.
- We do not sell network, workstation, EHR or practice-management services; those stay with your MSP or vendor, and our partner program is built to keep it that way.
- We do not lock practices into contracts. Service is month-to-month, the trial is 30 days and port-out is free; if the product is not working for you, leaving should take an email.
- We do not publish customer names, testimonials or statistics we cannot source. Industry figures on our pages are labeled as estimates and compliance claims cite the regulator.
- We do not treat compliance as a tier. The BAA or addendum, the audit log, E911 and STIR/SHAKEN are the same at 2 seats and at 50.
