Partners & MSPs: bring compliant communications to the practices you already serve

In short: The ZentryVoice partner program is for managed service providers, IT consultants and dental and medical practice-management vendors. Partners refer or manage practices on ZentryVoice, earn a recurring revenue share on each account’s subscription, and get co-branded signup, deal registration and a named partner contact. ZentryVoice signs the compliance agreement with the practice directly and runs the carrier, PBX and support.

Who the partner program is for

The ZentryVoice partner program is built for the people a practice already trusts with its technology: managed service providers running the network and workstations, IT consultants who get the call when the fax machine dies, dental and medical practice-management vendors whose software the front desk lives in, and compliance consultants who write the HIPAA risk analysis. Those partners are usually the first to hear that a practice is texting patients from a staff cell or has no BAA with its phone vendor.

ZentryVoice gives them a product to answer with: a HIPAA-ready cloud phone system with texting, eFax, voicemail transcription, AI summaries and live dashboards, with the compliance agreement countersigned at signup and a priority human support line, at $20 per seat per month. The partner keeps the relationship; ZentryVoice runs the carrier, the PBX, the compliance layer and the support.

How the program is structured

There are three partner tracks. All three pay a recurring revenue share on the subscription of every practice the partner brings, for as long as the practice stays; the percentage and any tiering are set in the partner agreement, not on this page.

TrackWho it fitsWhat the partner doesWhat ZentryVoice does

How onboarding works

From application to a first live practice, the steps are the same on every track.

  1. 1ApplyTell us who you serve, how many practices and which track fits. A partner manager replies within one business day.
  2. 2Sign the partner agreementIt sets the revenue share, payment schedule, co-branding rules, confidentiality and, where a partner will touch practice data, the subcontractor Business Associate Agreement.
  3. 3Enablement sessionA working session on the signup wizard, the admin portal, routing, texting consent, eFax, porting and the audit log, with a demo tenant you keep.
  4. 4Co-branded assetsA signup link and onboarding pages carrying both names, a one-page explainer per vertical, and the compliance one-pagers (BAA, Confidentiality & Privilege Addendum, Recordkeeping & Supervision Addendum) to hand to practice owners.
  5. 5First practice liveYour partner manager shadows the first signup and port. Soft extensions ring in about 15 minutes, desk phones arrive in 2–3 business days, numbers port in 5–10 business days.
  6. 6Monthly statementA revenue-share statement listing each practice, its subscription and your share, paid monthly.

Co-branding and who the practice contracts with

Co-branding means the practice sees both names: the partner’s on the signup link, onboarding pages and welcome email, and ZentryVoice’s as the provider of record. The practice contracts with ZentryVoice for the service and signs the vertical agreement (BAA, Confidentiality & Privilege Addendum or Recordkeeping & Supervision Addendum) directly with ZentryVoice, so compliance obligations are never routed through a reseller. ZentryVoice does not offer white-label resale where the provider is hidden; regulated practices need to know who holds their data.

Partners never need to be a carrier or a telecom reseller. Numbers, E911 under Kari’s Law and RAY BAUM’S Act, STIR/SHAKEN, 10DLC registration and porting are handled by ZentryVoice on the Telnyx network; desk phones are provisioned through Grandstream GDMS before they ship.

Compliance for partners who touch practice data

Under HHS guidance, a business associate must have its own business associate agreement with any subcontractor that creates, receives, maintains or transmits PHI on its behalf. A managed partner that administers a practice’s ZentryVoice tenant can see voicemail transcripts, texts and fax PDFs, so ZentryVoice signs a subcontractor BAA with that partner as part of the partner agreement. Referral partners who only introduce the practice do not touch PHI and do not need one.

Partner access to a practice is role-based and shows in that practice’s immutable audit log, the same way ZentryVoice’s own support sessions do. Practices can see, and revoke, partner access at any time.

Revenue-share percentages, tiers and payment terms are set in the partner agreement. This page describes the structure of the program, not a quote.

What partners get

Beyond the revenue share, the program is designed so a partner can sell and support ZentryVoice without building a telecom practice.

  • A named partner manager who replies within one business day and shadows your first signup and port.
  • Deal registration, so a practice you introduce is credited to you even if it signs up directly later.
  • A demo tenant with the admin portal, live dashboards, texting, eFax and the audit log, for showing a practice owner the product in their own vocabulary (patients, clients, matters or accounts).
  • Co-branded signup link, onboarding pages and welcome email, plus per-vertical one-pagers and the three compliance agreements as PDFs to hand to practice owners.
  • Escalation to ZentryVoice’s priority human line and next-day pre-provisioned replacement phones on the warranty plan, so the partner is never the hardware depot.
  • A monthly revenue-share statement listing every practice, its subscription and your share.

Why partners choose ZentryVoice

Partners tell us the same three things. First, the compliance paperwork is done: the BAA or addendum is countersigned at signup, so the partner is not negotiating agreements or explaining why the phone vendor will not sign one. Second, there is nothing to install: soft extensions ring in about 15 minutes, desk phones arrive provisioned, and the port is filed and tracked by ZentryVoice, so a partner can take a practice live without a truck roll. Third, the support line is staffed by people, with next-day replacement phones, so the partner is not the help desk for a product it does not run.

Frequently asked questions

How much is the ZentryVoice revenue share?

Partners earn a recurring share of each referred or managed practice’s subscription for the life of the account. The percentage and any volume tiers are set in the partner agreement; contact sales@zentryvoice.com for terms.

Do I need to be a telecom reseller or carrier to partner?

No. ZentryVoice is the provider of record and handles numbers, porting, E911, STIR/SHAKEN and 10DLC on the Telnyx network. Partners bring the relationship and, on the managed track, day-to-day administration.

Who supports the practice?

On the referral track, ZentryVoice’s priority human line and ticket desk support the practice directly. On the managed track the partner is first line for how-to questions and ZentryVoice is the escalation path, with next-day desk-phone replacement on the warranty plan.

Can we white-label ZentryVoice?

ZentryVoice offers co-branding, not white-labeling. The practice sees both names and contracts with ZentryVoice for the service and the compliance agreement, because regulated practices must know who holds their data.

Does a partner need a BAA?

Managed partners that can see practice data sign a subcontractor BAA with ZentryVoice, as HHS guidance requires for subcontractors of a business associate. Referral partners do not handle PHI and do not need one.

Does ZentryVoice compete with my MSP services?

No. ZentryVoice provides the phone, texting and fax platform and its support; it does not sell network, workstation, EHR or practice-management services, and the managed track is designed to keep the MSP as the practice’s administrator.
