What the trial includes

The trial starts when the account is created and lasts 30 days. It includes a new local number, soft extensions on desktop, iOS, Android and web, voicemail with transcription, AI call summaries and the admin portal. Texting and eFax are available once the Business Associate Agreement or industry addendum is signed. Number porting can start during the trial; a port completes only after you convert, so that your number is never stranded.

No card required

We do not ask for a card to start the trial and nothing is charged during it. Desk phones are the exception: a phone is a purchase, charged when you place the order (from the portal, after adding a card in Stripe-hosted checkout) at $119 per phone plus taxes, disclosed on the order screen before you confirm.

What happens when the trial ends

We email administrators 7 days before the trial ends, again 1 day before, and on the last day, with the price after the trial and a link to convert or cancel. If you do not convert, the account pauses: calls and texts stop, voicemail and data remain readable in the portal for 30 days, and your numbers are held for the same period. After that, numbers are released and practice data is deleted 90 days after the pause began, unless you convert or export it first.

Converting to paid service

To convert, an administrator adds a card through Stripe-hosted checkout and confirms an itemized order summary: recurring items (seats at $20 per user per month, any add-ons at $15 per practice per month, any Priority Support plan), the one-time activation fee of $250 per practice, estimated taxes and fees for your address, the first charge date and amount, and the monthly renewal date. Nothing is charged until you confirm that summary.

Cancelling during the trial

Cancel from the portal in one step or email support@zentryvoice.com. There is nothing to refund because nothing was charged. Phones bought during the trial follow the hardware returns policy.

One trial per practice

Each practice (legal entity and location set) is eligible for one trial. Accounts created to repeat a trial may be converted to paid or closed.

Partner and referral discounts

A partner or referral code applies the discount shown with the code to the first invoices stated in its terms, which you see on the order summary before confirming. Discounts cannot be combined, have no cash value, and end if the account is cancelled and re-created. ZentryVoice remains the seller and merchant of record; partners never collect payment.

The $250 per practice activation fee, the first month of seats and add-ons, and estimated taxes and fees, shown itemized before you confirm. Then the monthly amount on each renewal date.

Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?

No. Without a card on file and your confirmation, the account pauses instead.

What happens to my number if I do not convert?

It is held for 30 days after the trial, then released. Ports complete only after conversion so your existing number is never at risk.
